Je possède depuis peu un téléphone-répondeur sans-fil (DECT) Logicom Vega 6000.
Lorsque
j'appelle un correspondant en gardant le combiné sans fil à un ou
deux mètres de la base, tout se passe bien.
Si par contre je
m'éloigne (de 4m environ dans mon cas), la communication se hache de
temps à autre (mon correspondant ne m'entend plus correctement).
Je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport, mais le téléphone ne répondait parfois plus aux pressions sur les touches (cela m'est arrivé deux fois), j'ai du débrancher l'alimentation de la base puis la rebrancher pour réinitialiser l'ensemble.
Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée de la cause du problème ? Avant que je parvienne à joindre l'assistance téléphonique Logicom...

alimentée en électricitée donc c'est bien la bonne), mais ne
permet pas d'associer le téléphone avec (code PIN semble refusé
car propose de le retaper).

Problems

#1 : dans
les menus de l'adaptateur les caracteres Français accentués sont
remplacés par des zéros.
#2 : 1 fois sur 2
environ, l'adaptateur ne s'allume pas quand on presse le bouton (à
droite sur la face avant). Il ne réagit pas non plus si on cherche à
l'allumer depuis la télécommande.
Ce n'est qu'en
débranchant/rebranchant l'alimentation de l'adaptateur 4 ou 5 fois
qu'il devient parfois possible de le "débloquer" et donc
l'allumer :-( Cela ne semble pas être un problème mécanique du
bouton d'allumage.
Firmware actuel: v1.6EU. La hotline techwood (08 99 708 798) me conseille de "passer au minimum en 2.6, l'idéal serait en 3.1", hélas il faut se fabriquer un câble spécial pour effectuer la mise à jour.

Le probleme se produit lorsque j'active le
haut parleur: le son que je recois de la personne distante devient
haché au bout d'environ 10 secondes, et quand j'augmente le volume
(de 4 à 5 ou 6), le son devient tellement haché qu'il devient
incompréhensible.
La personne distante elle ne se rend compte
de rien.
La hotline m'indique : supprimer (effacer) le téléphone
de la base, débrancher puis rebrancher l'alimentation, puis le
réinstaller (refaire détection depuis la base). Problème
idem.
Note : L'appel et la réception d'appels de passent sans
soucis.

own a Aiptek DV5700 since 2005 (S/N BJA50033139 bought in France). I
use it in average 1 times every 3 months, it fits fine with my little
needs :-) .
Problem
: since one week suddenly (without shock before) the joystick button
started to work in erratic way. This affect 2 ways :
- the top :
this makes almost impossible to disable the flash for example.
-
the left : this zoom automatically the picture (I have to shot the
picture while pressing joystick to bottom).
I
tried to remove battery. Replug it. Try to move joystick in all
directions to "reset" it. Wait some days...
Is it a
known bug, or weakness ? do you have any trick (opening the device
?).
(I plane to buy a new Aiptek DV, but I would like to give
this one to my mother :-) ).

opened the little part like following your photos instructions.
But
the problem seems not to be the hardware part of the joystick : it
was not stuck inside. And I feel the little pressures when moving in
all 4 directions.
The problem is that suddenly (now 80% of the
time) the joystick's top and left directions are locked : either like
joystick being pressed or being pressed unpressed.
Do you have
another idea please ? :-)

Problem
: Symptoms : since some weeks the detection of the USB device was
hasardous. Sometimes it worked on some USB ports sometimes not (the
green led did not light, the device was correctly detected by
Windows, when running a TV application I had got the error message
« Unexpected exception a300800a »).
Now I have the
same symptoms and when launch a TV application (TVcenter Pro &
Media portal) I have got a blue screen (error in usbort.sys). Same
problem on 2 different computers.
I conclude that the device is out of order :-( .
Tests
done : many, and on 4 different computers. Dismantled, nothin to
report, inscriptions : "Bottm REV1.1", "0609"
(making date ?), "DTI 334252".
Conclusion :
Garbage. I replaced it with a Terratec : much more quality
products.
Note : Drivers and software (Pinnacle TV
Center) were crappy too (heavy use of memory, bugged). Version of the
software used : v3.46, v4.11, v4.70.
Detected by Windows XP as "USB 2870 device". USB ID : USB\VID_EB1A&PID_2870\6&27706136&0&1
Product : Phenix 1000W reference YC-6899. Imported in France by http://www.idkmultimedia.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=85 (bought in a Leroy Merlin shop for 15,90 €).

parfois (20%). La meilleure façon de le faire fonctionner est de
presser le bouton pendant une seconde pas moins (cependant je crains
que cela use le matériel connecté par les micro interruptions
causées). Si l'allumage échoue, le boitier ne fonctionne plus, il
est nécessaire de débrancher puis rebrancher le boitier ou
l'éteindre.
ENGLISH : Since the beginning, switching on
sometimes fail (20%). The best way to make it work is to press the
button for one second not less (however I am afraid this might damage
the powered hardware because of the micro interruptions this produce)
. If the power on failed, the button do not work any more, it is
necessary to unplug then replug the box or switch it off.

done : Tested the 4 devices.
Solution : none found by

: keys outage
FRENCH : Cela a commencé par la plus grande
touche (verte, prise de ligne) qui fonctionnait de façon
intermittente (il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois pour qu'elle
s'active). Ceci me déçoit beaucoup car cela va rendre le téléphone
inutilisable car il faut appuyer de plus en plus fort.

This started with the largest key (green, taking line) which operated
intermittently (it should support several times for it is activated).
This disappoints me a lot because this will make the phone unusable
because you have to press harder and harder.
Tests done :
Opening
the phone :
1. Remove batteries.
2. Unscrews the two grey
screews.
3. With a flat screwdriver, use the two thin rectangles
on the both sides of the phone to unclip the cover.
4. Continue
to the speaker side, to open this part you must turn your screwdriver
in a larger movement.
5. To dismount the electronic card (aka
PCB), there is a last little screw.
Solution
:
No repair trick found. I have buy and dismounted another phone and
used it's keyboard.

FRENCH : .Lors d'une pression sur la touche répertoire
(afin de choisir un numéro à appeler) le téléphone s'éteint puis
se rallume.
ENGLISH : When I press the directory key to select a
number to call, the phone suddenly turns off then turns on.
Tests done : Replaced batteries by brand new, same issue. Problems is a contact failure with batteries, this power off the phone.
Solution
: Searching where is the contact failure.
Le contact entre
la plaque électronique (aka PCB) et les piles se fait par 2 petits
crochets qui pressent sur 2 carrés mettaliques situés sur le PCB.
Il est donc primordial de bien visser les 2 vis situées dans le
compartiment des piles et éviter ques 2 fils électriques qui vont
au capot (permettant qu'il est sur la base, d'alimenter le téléphone
et recharger les batteries) ne gênent la fermeture du capot.
Note
: J'ai du remplacer les 2 fils d'origine qui vont au capot pour le
replacer par les fils plus longs sinon les soudures lâchaient
rapidement à forcer d'ouvrir et refermer le capot..

4. Use a flat
screwdriver to unclip the monitor back, starting by the two
rectangles located at the bottom of the screen.

FRENCH : Fuite d'eau sous le ballon d'eau chaude, ce qui provoque des coupures de courant électrique dans la maison (disjoncteur) car l'eau s'accumule dans le boitier plastique qui cache l'électronique. Le fourreau de la résistance (un tube métallique) est tellement entouré de calcaire que le métal a été entamé, d'où la fuite.

FRENCH : Suite à un retour du SAV officiel, la batterie reste à 0% de charge et tient donc pas dutout (l'ordinateur s'éteint si l'on débranche le cable d'alimentation). Le client a déjà eu ce soucis une fois au retour de SAV, qui avait repris puis réparé le pc en lui indiquant qu'ils avaient oublié de rebrancher la batterie (!). Windows XP SP3 détecte bien si la batterie est en place ou retirée.

FRENCH : La partie avant (roues ?) produit parfois de petits bruits métalliques ("clic... clic...") quand la voiture tourne. Je les entends lorsque je roule à faible vitesse, quand je braque sur un parking par exemple. Il semble que plus l'on braque le volant et plus les bruits soient nombreux. Le bruit ressemble à un caillou qui serait coincé dans un pneu, ou encore à un bruit d'engrenage aigu.

: Véhicule amené chez Suzuki le 08/06/10. Le mécanicien l'a essayé
durant 10 mn, j'ai du monter à bord pour lui faire remarquer les
clics (ils s'entendent mieux sur un sol goudronné et sans graviers).
Le mécanicien m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas connaissance d'anomalie
connue à ce sujet. Il l'a monté sur plateau afin de chercher une
anomalie en dessous puis après environ 20 mn est reparti l'essayer
avec un collègue. Environ 20 mn ensuite j'ai récupéré mon
véhicule, le mécanicien m'a indiqué n'avoir rien remarqué
d'anormal ni trouvé la source du bruit. Il m'a indiqué qu'il en
parlerait au “technicien Suzuki” France lorsqu'il passerait chez
eux. Le véhicule est encore sous garantie, je n'ai rien eu à
payer.

FRENCH : Lors d'un bouchon sur l'autoroute par 27°C, au bout de 15 mn environ le voyant d'alerte "radiateur" s'est mis à clignoter. Je me suis garé, ai gardé la contact allumé, et ouvert le capot et constaté que le ventilateur ne tournait pas. J'ai lu les instructions du manuel papier (attendre, vérifier eau).

FRENCH : Suite à utilisation 2 fois d'une K7 de nettoyage (de type à "tissu" blanc déroulant) n'affiche plus l'image des vidéos : l'écran reste noir. Cette K7 n'avait jamais été utilisée auparavant.

FRENCH : Sur tous les casques achetés (1 noir, et 2 gris), même problème après moins de 3 H d'usage : mauvais contact du cable auprès du connecteur jack 3,5 (à 1 cm environ). J'ai pourtant pris soin de ne pas les presser car je sais que c'est un point faible sur ce genre de matériel.
ENGLISH : On all headsets I bought (1 black, and 2 grey), I got the same problem after less that 3 hours of use : bad contact of the cable close to the jack 3,5 connector (at about 1 cm).
Tests done : Tested same headsets on other audio devices, same issue. If pluggin the jack connector at 50% (not fully plugged), sound comes but in mono only, never stereo again.

Le bruit semble se produire quasiment à coup sur lors de l'alumage de l'écran.

- Ecran en service depuis mars 2009 (1280 x 1024, 60 Hz).
- Les enceintes intégrées ne sont pas utilisés (rien n'y est branché).

: 03/03/11 Sans besoin d'insister Iiyama m'a fait parvenir un
nouvel écran et j'ai renvoyé l'actuel ! (il en était à sa 2è
année sur 3 ans de garantie). Un incroyable SAV si rare de nos
jours.
Le problème est résolu (pas de bruit ni en diminuant la
luminosité).

ENGLISH : Used (rarely) as external HDD since january 2011. Using a tool software (HD tune), SMART informations gived me a warning information about the amount of “Calibration Retry Count”. 12/06/2011 : 187 (!). When I bought it, I saved the SMART informations, and the value of this item was zero.
Tests done : Backed up my data. Let it run for days 24/24, while looking at SMART values every 24 hours (the value increase per ~10 every 24 hours).
Solution :I am not sure this is a real "physical problem", trying to contact Samsung support.

FRENCH : Le bouton d'allumage n'était pas fiable : depuis des années je devais le presser fort pour allumer la lumière (l'ampoule). A présent il ne fonctionne plus.

Tests done : Dismantled the flashlight. J'ai démonté la lampe. Photos.
Solution : Réparé !, j'ai nettoyé les 2 parties de cuivre qui se touchent (sous le bouton), puis j'ai accentué le pli de la partie métallique qui est pressée directement par le bouton. Laisser 1 mm d'écart entre les deux pièces de cuivre.

professionnel a diagnostique (pour 33 €) : "Module de
puissance à remplacer" (230 E pose et pièce (150 E)).
Un
second dépanneur amateur a remarqué que la porte ne restait pas
vérouillée lorsque le lavage était censé être lancé, il nous a
conseillé de verifier ce point.
Selon mes recherche sur
le Web (et concernant la série de ma machine (Code 12NC (~= P/N) :
856181229370)), le code F06 peut signifier :
- pas de detection
rotation tambour.
- pas d'entrée d'eau robinet d'eau fermé,
tuyau d'arrivée d'eau plié.
Solution : Pas trouvée, machine jetée. None found, trash.

Tests done : Démontée par A. Après vérification le 220V arrive bien après l'interrupteur.
Solution : Réparée le 25/03 par A et rendue à sa propriétaire. Les 2 charbons ont étés changés. Pris sur un autre appareil puis longueur diminuée pour qu'ils rentrent dans la ponceuse. Et aussi légèrement incurvés.

Logitech QuickCam zoom (+S/N etc). Version driver: qc848fra.exe (= v8.48)
Bonjour, achetée en 2005, elle a fonctionné durant des années avant qu'appaisse un dysfonctionnement : les couleurs "se pixellissent", visuellement c'est comme si au lieu d'avoir une palette de couleurs sur 12 ou 24 bits, elle se réduisait subitement à 4 bits par exemple (jusqu'à ce que je débranche/rebranche la webcam, puis l'anomalie réapparait intempestivement sous 24 H environ).
Je viens de l'essayer sur un 2è PC (sous Windows XP SP3 lui aussi) qui n'avait jamais eu cette webcam (pas de vieux pilotes) et la même anomalie apparait aussitôt.
Est-ce que ceci est une panne matérielle connue sur ce matériel ? Quel est votre avis ?

Suite à votre courrier électronique, d'après les éléments décrits, ceux ci ne caractérisant pas un fonctionnement normal, le produit semble défectueux. Ce problème est dûe à une déterioration de l'objectif de la caméra.
Cependant, même si vous n'êtes plus couvert par la garantie, pourriez-vous nous recontacter en nous joignant une copie de la facture de votre produit.

Tests done : Tryed on a second computer (same issue). This webcam did a great job : it worked more than 3 years 24/24 !. And the picture was great in the dark.

DV 5700, how to dismantle :
1 Close to the record button
there is a little screw.
2 Below the battery there is a "big"
screw deep.
3 The place where the screen touch the camera :
there are 2 little circles of MOUSS, the one bottom hides a (deep)
screw (a big one).
4 Blue part on top of the camera, aound the
speaker + the on/off button + snap shot button : unpaste it.

There are 2 clips on the side of the screen: The second is between
the snapshot and the "MODE" button. One between the hole
for a PIED and the TROU of passefil (very hard to unclip : I broke 2
on 2 cameras). You must press the 2 at the same time to dismantle to
2 parts of the camera without breaking anything.
The part
of the joystick is clipped. You can unclip it by just pulling
it.
Flash : remove the black plastic that is around the flash
(it is pasted).
Remontage (= reassemble. French
only) :
Ne pas revisser le plaquette cachant le joystick.
Ne
pas recoller le cache du dessus (entourant le bouton on/off, haut
parleur).
- Penser à remettre le cache amovible des
connecteurs.
- Attention à ne pas écraser les (3) contacts
pour la batterie.
- Attention au commutateur (fleur)
Après
remontage, avant de revisser et recoller les caches :
- Vérifier
bouton commutateur macro.
- S'assurer que les boutons Power et
Shot ont leur cache argenté.
- S'assure que le cache souple des
connecteurs est en place.

Solution : Le ressort au fond du tube jaune se met en travers, sitôt redressé avec un stylo il s'incline à nouveau. Astuce: : redresser le ressort puis mettre la lampe horizontalement (à l'envers du côté vers lequel s'incline le ressort) puis seulement enfoncer les piles (2 X AA).

FRENCH : tombée d'1 mètr de hauteur. Utilisée depuis 2010. En tout elle sera tombée environ 10 fois (de 50 cm de hauteur en moyenne). Pour la première fois elle ne fonctionne plus aussitôt après.

Tests done : Piles remplacées. Laissée 5 mn sans piles insérées. Secouée dans différents sens (pas de bruit à l'intérieur).
Pour la démonter : avec un petit tournevis plat (dit "Philips"). Sur 6 petits emboitements de plastique, j'en ai cassé 3, j'avais commencé par l'extrémité "Led" infrarouge. Peut-être vaut-il mieux commencer par l'autre extrémité (celle où est écrite le logo du fabricant). Position des emboitements :

Curieusement dans la télécommande, sur la plate électronique, en dessous des touches, il y avait une sorte d'humidité (je ne l'ai pourtant jamais mouillée). Je l'ai essuyée, pas de retour du fonctionnement. Il s'agit en fait d'huile de silicone ("silicon oil") issue des plastiques noirs mous sous les touches ( Does Silicon Oil Affect PCB Circuit Boards? . Voir aussi sur Wikipedia : Huile de silicone).
La Led est bien soudée. Je soupçonne un composant (de forme parallélépipède rectangle) de couleur rose, d'être en partie déssoudé du circuit imprimé.

FRENCH : La webcam fonctionne environ 1 minute puis l'image vidéo disparaît, et s'affiche un écran scindé en 2 couleurs unies, séparées par une ligne de pixels (blancs et noirs). Logiciels testés : Skype et TouchCam.
